1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bgd999 platform, including all associated services, products, features, and content made available at https://bgd999.lat and any sub-domains or related applications operated by bgd999 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered members who place bets or engage with casino products.

4 Deposits & Payments

bgd999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bgd999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those belonging to family members, are not permitted.
• Currency: All transactions on bgd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bgd999 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bgd999 wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Declined deposits: bgd999 is not liable for any deposit that is declined, delayed, or reversed by your payment provider. Contact your payment provider in the first instance if your deposit does not complete as expected.
• Anti-money laundering: bgd999 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Any deposit activity that bgd999 considers unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal betting behaviour may be subject to enhanced due diligence, suspension, or referral to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their bgd999 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available funds" means your real-money balance excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. bgd999 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and offer expiry dates.

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, promotional offers are available to verified players with a real-money bgd999 account in good standing.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the bgd999 Platform. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Acceptance of bets: All bets are subject to acceptance by bgd999. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is displayed to the player. bgd999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
• Obvious errors: bgd999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, whether due to a technical fault, human error, or any other cause. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with bgd999's specific rules for that sport and market type, as published on the Platform.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to protect against the use of advantaged information. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided at bgd999's discretion.
• Maximum winnings: bgd999 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or daily winnings. Any applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• BPL and Bangladesh matches: Cricket fixtures involving Bangladesh, including BPL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches, are subject to the same general betting rules. bgd999 does not guarantee continuous live odds coverage for all fixtures and may suspend markets at any time.

8 Casino & Games
